Located just 10 minutes from Cromwell , In Bannockburn" the heart of the desert", we offer a traditional country camping experience.

Our campsite features both powered and unpowered sites for tents campervans, and caravans.

We also provide standard cabin accommodations that can accommodate anywhere from 1 up to 10 guests.

Families can enjoy our playground, and additional amenities include laundry facilities, a dump station, a kitchen, and communal areas. We're on the Lake Dunstan trail doorstep along with being walking distance to Bannockburn Inlet for swimming, boating, and all water activities

POWERED/UNPOWERED SITES FOR TENTS,CARAVANS,CAMPERVANS

CABINS - NOT SELF CONTAINED

  • Cabins do not have cooking / toilets or showers in them.​

  • Beds supplied with bottom sheet, pillows and pillowcases only.

  • Linen can be hired - extra charge

  • Can sleep from 1 to 10 people - not hostel style dorm rooms.

  • Basic cutlery, crockery are provided

  • Fridge / heater are provided

During peak season we require a minimum stay of 2 nights for cabins. Mid December to end of January and all public holidays.​​

Everyone using our kitchen is expected to be clean, tidy , courteous and considerate to others while using the kitchen .

Cairnmuir Motor Camp, amenities building , with kitchen, showers, toilets and laundry within.

SHOWERS/TOILETS

  • Separate men's and women's toilets.

  • Disabled shower and toilet available.

  • Showers are unisex family sized cubicles and NOT coin operated

We do ask that you limit to 6 minutes. 

LAUNDRY

  • $4 per wash / $4 per dry

  • Washing machines use $2 or $1 coins.

  • Machines are preset for cold waster wash only, water level preset.

  • Washing powder available from office office.

  • We can give you correct coins to do your laundry.

  • Stacking Dryers also use $2 or $1 coins
